Our Service Process for Property Managers

1. Receipt of Work Order

Once we receive a work order:

  • We make three attempts to contact the tenant.
  • If there’s no response from the tenant after three attempts, we promptly notify the property manager via email.

2. Booking Confirmation

  • Upon securing a booking, we send an email confirmation to the property manager.
  • Additionally, a text confirmation is sent to the tenant.

3. Appointment Reminder

  • A day before the scheduled visit, we send a text message reminder to the tenant.

4. Job Completion

  • After the job is done, we obtain a signature from the tenant.
  • We also take a minimum of five photos to document the completed job.

5. Reporting

  • Once all paperwork is processed, the property manager receives a detailed report on the tasks we’ve completed.
