Case Study
The Lord Lyndoch
Surrounded by the Barossa Valley’s stunning vineyards, The Lord Lyndoch is an iconic family-owned restaurant. With a café, outdoor dining, bistro and two downstairs cellar rooms to manage, owners Mandy and Ben required a tailored refrigeration and air conditioning solution to keep their business running smoothly.
The Problem
With the Barossa’s hot summers and frosty winters, it was essential that The Lord Lyndoch had an effective air conditioning system in place. The existing system was outdated, causing temperature fluctuations that impacted customer satisfaction. In addition, the restaurant’s walk-in coolers and freezer were in need of maintenance and repairs.
The Solution
Working closely with Maddy and Ben, REQ technicians implemented a system that met The Lord Lyndoch’s specific needs. The air conditioning installation was completed quickly and without disrupting the restaurant’s regular operations.
